Abstract Introduction Our prior research has demonstrated the effect of nurse driven fluid resuscitation on provider and team dynamics. primary purpose with this new our protocol is to determine nurse-driven associated complications (i.e., acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), kidney injury (AKI), abdominal compartment syndrome). The study hypothesis that rate will remain stable or not increase post-protocol implementation.
